Season 2016/2017

Welcome to Tuggerah Lakes Mingara Little Athletics, our season is from September to March.

We are all but done for this season . For new Regos please check back in August \ Sept 2017.

Our presentation will be on Friday the 28th of April at the track . Stay tuned for further information.

Our AGM ( new committee elections ) is the 17th of May 2017 at Mingara Tasman room more information to follow. We need new people every year so please come along.

Thank you to all those who participated and helped out through out the season.

Massive thanks to the committee that puts in collectively hundreds our hours each season to make this happen.

APRIL 28th at the Mingara Track

Start times 5pm for  U6-U8′s. 5.45pm U9′s to U17′s. ( Major awards to be done at 5.45pm )

Awards include age group, stars of the future, volunteer , age helpers , club champions and state qualifiers.

We thank Mingara Recreation Club for there kind contribution towards our end of year presentation and trophy’s.

Entertainment , we have booked some carnival rides which will be in the the car park pending weather.

Awards to be presented adjacent to the BBQ area on the track.

Whilst age groups will be called to the stage, please keep an eye on the awards to make sure your child doesn’t miss out.

Please bring a chair  and or blanket.

Due to the new stand construction we cannot use the main in field so we ask you supervise your children at all times.

Food – Full canteen facilities and the club will be selling a limited amount of hot dogs for 2.00 each at the BBQ area.

Athletes that RSVP will receive a ticket for a complimentary hot dog and drink available at the BBQ area. Note please print the ticket you receive upon completing the online RSVP to get you complimentary hot dog and drink.

Each athlete requires a ticket so please select the amount of tickets required when making the booking.

All atheletes who RSVP will also receive a ticket in the lucky door prize which is a $50.00 voucher kindly donated by Margaret at the Central Coast Runners Shop at KIllarney Vale.

In case of bad weather please watch out for information on the website and facebook.

AGM
Tuggerah Lakes Mingara Little Athletics Inc.
“Annual General Meeting”
Will be held on Wednesday 17th May, 6:20pm for a 6:30pm start.
Venue: Tasman Room One, Mingara Recreation Club
Members welcome which includes all parent \carers of club athletes.
Only members can vote if you don’t have at child at the club and wish to hold a position then please fill out the   New member form these forms must submitted and approved 2 week prior to the agm date.
The committee for season 2017 / 2018 will be voted for at the AGM so we need people to fill all the roles otherwise the club can not operate.
If you wish to apply for any position see the list below within the club please send your

All nominations for committee positions must be received 2 weeks prior to AGM, being 6PM, Wednesday 3rd May 2017.
